The Box is horror movie based on the 1970 short story "Button, Button" by author Richard Matheson. The film stars Cameron Diaz and James Marsden as a couple who receive a mysterious box. This box has a button which, if pushed, would give you million dollars but at the same time, would take the life of someone. The Box is directed by Richard Kelly.
The Sweetest Thing is a romantic comedy without the sugar. It might not be an Oscar thing but I couldn't help but purchase a DVD of this movie cuz i simply love it! It's light-hearted and it's something you oughta watch when you feel sad. I especially like the part when Cameron Diaz and Christina Applegate set off a trip to Peter's wedding. It's pretty hilarious. They sing like crazy!
