Episode sypnosis: The team takes on the case of a dying patient who insists that he has the same illness that killed his father, grandfather and great-grandfather, all at the age of 40. Meanwhile, House gets a hearing test after he suspect a hearing problem.

A wealthy businessman brings his son, who is suffering from stomach pain, Princeton Plainsboro and wants to have House handle the case. The father believes that his son is a victim of his wealthy status and personal tragedy. Meanwhile, Foreman is the official head of the team since House still doesnt have his license back. And conflict starts when the patient's father insists on having House do the leading and decision-making!
