Cirque Du Freak: The Vampire's Assistant is based on the Vampire Blood trilogy (A Living Nightmare, The Vampire's Assistant and Tunnels of Blood) by Darren Shan. It's about two boys who visits a traveling freak show, where an encounter with a vampire forces them to make life-changing choices.
