Tsunami Advisory in Samoa
A tsunami advisory was issued for West coast and remote islands in the Pacific due to an 8.3-magnitude earthquake in the Samoa Islands. The tsunami triggered by an earthquake in Samoa killed nearly 25 people and wiped out villages in the islands of American Samoa and Samoa. The tsunami occurred on Tuesday after an earthquake that struck around dawn of Sep 29, 2009 .
