(Anda Chu/Staff) ( ANDA CHU ) Newark Memorial High School is on lockdown today after a teenage boy was arrested carrying a loaded gun near the campus. The 16-year-old teenage boy was actually an outsider! The poor parents were waiting impatiently, angrily outside the campus. The lockdown started at about 11:40 am and continued until 3pm.
